About Me

I am a professional DJ and presenter with over 25 years of experience in the world of entertainment.

On the books of two of the largest agents in Southampton for most of my career. Having worked in countless venues across the whole of Hampshire including: nightclubs, bars, hotels, barns, social clubs and Church halls to name a few.

My first major venue was The Red Lion, working as their resident DJ for 17 years and involved in its transformation from a local pub into a nightclub venue. From there I never sat still providing Karaoke entertainment across the City and DJing at countless weddings, anniversary and birthday parties.

I am currently the resident DJ alongside my friend and long-time colleague Steve Thompson at the Solent Hotel in Whiteley. We have been successfully providing discos, sound and lighting for their wedding functions, parties, tribute nights, dinner dances and corporate events for many years now.

My Services

I offer my services as a highly regarded professional artist, taking from many years of experience and working with an extensive music library. Able to cater for all ages and music tastes, therefore giving you my client, a wedding or party that you and your guests will remember for many years to come.

I am always smartly presented meaning I will not perform at your party in jeans and t-shirt (unless requested by a dress code of course!)

I offer discos that have the wow factor for your guests and can tailor my set up to provide equipment for every occasion, from a large corporate event to a small intimate gathering.

I think there is nothing worse than a DJ arriving at your venue, borrowing a table, covering it with a black tablecloth, getting out a laptop, switching on a couple of lights and plugging in a couple of poor-quality speakers! Right there we have the potential of your party being ruined.

I will arrive and set up thousands of pounds worth of highly professional sound and lighting equipment, and if you can imagine the cost of hiring that standard of equipment for an evening and having a go yourself, honestly, it would be more expensive than booking me!

Events

As a highly experience DJ, I will provide all the announcements necessary for your event. E.g. Introducing the bride and groom onto the dancefloor for their first dance, cutting of the cake, I will interact with your guests and happily take requests, play music from a play list of you wish and provide any introductions and announcements for corporate event or small intimate parties or award ceremonies.

Happy to discuss your requirements in more detail prior to your event and help you plan the music for whatever the occasion may be, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

For your peace of mind, I provide Public Liability insurance and all the equipment I use is PAT tested and can supply all the necessary certificates to your venue on request.

Cost is dependant somewhat on the start and finish times, and distance travelling to and from your venue. As a guide the average cost for a local venue would work out around £80.00 an hour.
